1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Surveynox you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must comply with the laws of your country regarding online earnings
  • You must use a real Google account (no duplicate accounts)
  • You must use a real, non-rooted Android device or web browser
  • One account per person and per device

Surveynox is available worldwide. However, survey availability and payout options may vary by country based on advertiser demand and local regulations.

3. Earnings

You earn coins for each completed survey through our partner CPX Research. 6,000 coins equals $1.00 USD. You receive 60% of what advertisers pay; we keep 40% to cover platform costs.

Survey availability depends on your demographics and country. We do not guarantee any minimum earnings.

4. Payouts

  • Minimum cashout: $5.00 (30,000 coins)
  • Payout methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Amazon Gift Cards
  • Processing time: 24-72 hours after request
  • Account must be at least 24 hours old
  • You must have completed at least 3 surveys
  • You must provide accurate destination details
  • Payouts are made in USD

We may delay or refuse payouts if we detect fraud or terms violations. You are responsible for any taxes or fees in your country.

5. Referrals

When someone joins through your referral link AND completes 3 surveys without reversals, you receive 2,000 coins (~$0.33). You cannot refer yourself.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation
  • Use VPNs or proxies to mask your location
  • Provide false information in surveys
  • Attempt to modify or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect violations of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service
  • Any specific amount of earnings
  • Survey availability in your country
  • The accuracy of CPX Research surveys

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surveynox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.
