Surveynox pays people for completing market research surveys. This page explains where the money actually comes from, what share of it reaches you, and how to get hold of us — the things worth knowing before you sign up.

Where the money comes from

Market research companies pay to reach specific kinds of people — a brand testing packaging wants opinions from its actual buyers, not from anyone who happens to be online. Those companies buy survey completions through panel networks. Surveynox connects you to that demand through our survey partner, CPX Research, and takes a cut of what the advertiser pays.

That is the entire business model. We are paid by advertisers, not by you. Surveynox is free to join, there is no premium tier, and we will never ask you to pay to unlock earnings.

How the split works

When a survey pays out, 60% of what the advertiser pays goes to you. The rest covers the survey network's fee, payment processing, fraud screening, and running the platform.

Balances are held in coins to keep amounts readable across currencies: 6,000 coins = $1 USD. You can cash out from $5 (30,000 coins) via PayPal, Payoneer, or an Amazon gift card. Requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

What we don't do

We don't sell your individual survey responses to advertisers. They buy aggregate research, not your name attached to your answers.
We don't promise a daily income. Survey supply depends on your country and demographics, and it varies. Our earnings guide gives realistic numbers rather than headline ones.
We don't use passwords. Sign-in goes through Google, so we never see or store one.

Being straight about the reviews

Some of our posts compare Surveynox to other survey platforms, and one of them reviews Surveynox itself. We have an obvious interest in the outcome, so we say so in the post rather than presenting it as independent. Where a competitor is better for a particular country or payout method, the guides say that too.

Reaching a human

Email support@surveynox.com and you will get a reply within 1-2 business days. Account-specific questions — a missing payout, a reversal, a blocked account — are best sent from the email address on the account so we can find it. More detail is on the support page, and the FAQ covers the common cases.

The legal bits

Surveynox operates globally and processes data through Firebase, including servers in the United States. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy, the rules of the platform are in the terms of service, and you can delete your account at any time.
