Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Surveynox: Paid Surveys (package name com.earn.fromsurveynox), the Android application published on Google Play by ForsApps, and to the website at surveynox.com (together, the “Service”).

It explains what data the Service collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it deleted. It covers every data type declared in our Google Play Data safety section.

2. Information We Collect

From Google Sign-In: email, display name, profile photo, Google account ID.

From your device: a device fingerprint, whether the device is rooted or running as an emulator, your IP address, and your country. These are used to detect duplicate and fraudulent accounts.

Device and advertising identifiers: when you open an offer wall inside the app, our offer partner reads your Google Advertising ID (GAID) in order to credit offers you complete and to prevent fraud. We also use Firebase Installation IDs, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for notifications, and Google Play Integrity to verify that requests come from a genuine copy of the app. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Shown to other users: if you appear on the leaderboard, other signed-in users see your first name and last initial (for example "Saad A.") alongside your earnings for that period. Your full name, email address and survey answers are never shown to anyone else.

From your activity: surveys started/completed, earnings, withdrawals, referrals.

Survey responses: handled by our survey partners. We never see your individual survey answers.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To credit your earnings from completed surveys
  • To process payouts by PayPal or gift card
  • To match you with relevant surveys based on your country and demographics
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To send you notifications about your earnings and payouts
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with these third parties:

  • CPX Research — surveys. Receives an anonymised user ID, your IP address and country so it can match you to surveys.
  • TheoremReach — surveys. Receives an anonymised user ID and IP address.
  • PubScale (GreedyGame) — offer wall of surveys, games and apps. Receives an anonymised user ID, your advertising ID, IP address and country.
  • Adscend Media — offers, where shown. Receives an anonymised user ID.
  • Google Firebase and Google Play services — sign-in, database, notifications, app integrity checks and crash reporting.
  • Reloadly — to issue gift cards. Receives the email address you choose for delivery.
  • PayPal — to send a PayPal payout. Receives the PayPal email address you provide.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

5. International Data Transfers

Surveynox operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States where our Firebase servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all your personal data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data (Settings → Delete Account)
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data

Users in the EU, UK, California, and other regions with specific privacy laws have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

8. Children's Privacy

Surveynox is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, App Check, secure server-side balance verification, and Firestore security rules.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Surveynox: Paid Surveys is published on Google Play by ForsApps. You can also delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, under Profile → Delete account, without contacting us.
