1. Introduction

Surveynox (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Surveynox mobile app and website (the “Service”), available worldwide. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

From Google Sign-In: email, display name, profile photo, Google account ID.

From your device: a device fingerprint, whether the device is rooted or an emulator, your IP address at signup, country.

From your activity: surveys started/completed, earnings, withdrawals, referrals.

Survey responses: handled by CPX Research. We never see your individual survey answers.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To credit your earnings from completed surveys
  • To process payouts (PayPal, Payoneer, Amazon)
  • To match you with relevant surveys based on your country and demographics
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To send you notifications about your earnings and payouts
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with these third parties:

  • CPX Research - to provide surveys (anonymized user ID only)
  • Google Firebase - for authentication, database, hosting
  • PayPal / Payoneer / Amazon - to send your payout

We never sell your personal information to advertisers.

5. International Data Transfers

Surveynox operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States where our Firebase servers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all your personal data within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data (Settings → Delete Account)
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data

Users in the EU, UK, California, and other regions with specific privacy laws have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

8. Children's Privacy

Surveynox is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, App Check, secure server-side balance verification, and Firestore security rules.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
